Wealth Advisory for Business Owners

You built the business.
We help protect everything around it.

One team. The financial planning, tax, insurance, value building, exit, and estate work — all coordinated. So you can focus on what you do best: running the business.

Our goals for you

Your time back.
Your back covered.
Your wealth coordinated.

When one team owns the integration, the work stops landing on your desk. You stop being the coordinator and start being the owner again.

i.
Free up your time
Stop coordinating four advisors who don't talk to each other. We are the integration — one team running point on financial planning, tax, insurance, value building, exit, and estate.
ii.
Grow business value
The Bright Forecast Framework — ninety-day cycles that systematically increase enterprise value by improving the operational, financial, and human-capital drivers buyers and lenders actually pay for.
iii.
Protect what you've built
Family, wealth, and the business itself insulated from a single bad event — through coordinated insurance, buy-sell funding, estate planning, and tax strategy.
iv.
Always improving
Quarterly reviews keep the plan ahead of your life — not behind it. The picture sharpens every year. Tax strategies update as laws change. Nothing goes stale.
Sound familiar?

If even one of these is true,
we should talk.

Your accountant handles taxes. Your attorney handles contracts. Nobody is looking at the whole picture — and you're the one filling the gaps.

You don't actually know what the business is worth. Just rough numbers from your accountant or what you've heard at industry conferences.

You're not sure your family knows what would happen to the business — or to them — if something happened to you tomorrow.

0%
of an owner's net worth is locked inside the business. We're built around that reality — and our entire practice is structured around the asset most advisors won't touch.

Why this firm exists

The financial industry
has the math wrong.

For most business owners, the financial advisory industry has the math wrong. Two-thirds of net worth sits inside the business — but advisors are paid on the portfolio. That's where attention goes. The business gets footnoted. The exit gets ignored. The personal plan gets retrofitted from a template designed for someone who never built anything.

The pivot the industry is trying to make is too slow and too narrow. Wealth firms are starting to add "business owner" services, but the operating model — AUM-first, portfolio-centric, the rest delegated — hasn't moved. A bolt-on doesn't fix it. The integration has to be the whole firm.

We built Bright Forecast to be that firm. One team for the business, the personal plan, the tax strategy, the exit, the family. The Bright Forecast Framework is how we run it — coordinated end to end, paid to do the integration, not to manage one slice of it.

Risk Mitigation & Wealth Protection

We coordinate the protections — life, disability, key-person, buy-sell, estate — so a single bad day cannot undo decades of work. Pressure-tested every year, not stale by year three.

The numbers that change everything

Same revenue.
Millions apart at the finish.

Two businesses. Both generating $2M a year. One owner retires wealthy — the other walks away with a fraction of what they expected. The difference isn't how hard they worked.

Company A · Built to sell
$3.2M – $4M
vs.
Company B · Same revenue
$800K – $1.2M
$2M+
difference in outcome. Same revenue. Different preparation. This is exactly what we build toward — every quarter, every client, every year.

Illustrative example only. Companies A and B are hypothetical; the figures are not based on any actual client and are not a guarantee of future results.

"You didn't build this
to leave it to chance."

The owners with the best outcomes don't do this alone. They have one team in their corner — handling the integration, watching their back, making sure every quarter ends better than the last.
